Instead of being cooked, our meats are dehydrated—a similar process to making jerky. All our products are brought to a “kill step” temperature during the dehydration process according to food safety standards mandated by the USDA.  Because we sell meat-based products across state lines, we produce our products under daily USDA inspection—a Federal agent is present in our facility every single day that we produce. Our USDA Establishment Number is 31826, and that number is clearly presented on all our packages.
